Residents of Barkside Lane threw a lively block party yesterday complete with live music, barbecue treats, and a communal bone-pit digging area. While dogs labeled the event a huge success, local cats filed several noise complaints regarding “unregulated wagging” and “recklessly enthusiastic tail-thumping.”
